Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

• Expedited Shipping (when available): Displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at everrootsco@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
